Our services are intended for adult professionals. By using this site or enrolling in a programme, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

Minergi provides career education content, advisory programmes (including Career Blueprint, Career Exploration, Career Guidance, 1-on-1 Consultation, CV review, and interview preparation resources), webinars, and market intelligence platforms for professionals seeking opportunities in oil & gas and related industries.

Our services provide guidance, strategy, and preparation support. We do not guarantee employment, interview invitations, visa approval, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including individual qualifications, employer decisions, and market conditions.

Programmes and services are enrolled and paid for through the channels listed at checkout or shared with you directly (including WhatsApp). Prices, inclusions, and delivery timelines are as described at the point of enrolment.

Full payment is generally required before a programme or service is delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Minergi does not offer refunds on completed enrolments.

Career Blueprint, Career Exploration, and Career Guidance carry a 360-day guarantee instead: if you have followed all guidance and best practices provided, applied to a minimum of 50–70 relevant positions, and still have not received an interview invitation within 360 days of enrolment, we will personally help you rewrite your application materials and manually support your applications. This is a service guarantee, not a guarantee of an interview, job offer, or any other outcome.

To claim this guarantee, contact support@minergi.id with your application history so we can verify eligibility.

You agree not to: misuse or redistribute our paid materials without permission; impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Minergi; use the site or our channels for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

All content we publish, including programme materials, templates, guides, and site content, is owned by Minergi or licensed to us. Enrolling in a programme gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own career development. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our materials without our written permission.

This site links to our own platforms (Global Insight, Terminal), our payment provider's checkout pages, WhatsApp, and other third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party sites. Using them is at your own discretion.

Career results, testimonials, and success stories shared on our site describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results for you. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minergi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services, including loss of income or missed opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Refunds section.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its update date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
